Sarah Chalmers-Page answered on 3 Apr 2023:
I am a service evaluation specialist. I look at whether services and training programmes are delivering what they promised they would. I do this by
– reading first hand evidence, like how many people attended, what marks out of 10 they gave their courses, and what they think they will do differently in the future
– reading other evidence, like research papers or government reports into what sort of things should work
– where I can, interviewing workers and patients about their experiences
– writing reports.I also sometimes train people myself, for example on project management or good business communications.
